Manzi is a public health professional with over 10 years of experience in clinical service delivery and public health, currently driving the advancement of maternal, newborn, and child health outcomes in Rwanda. His expertise spans maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health; health systems strengthening; quality improvement; monitoring and evaluation; and national health program implementation.

He has extensive experience supporting Ministry of Health priorities through strategic planning, maternal health policy implementation, digital health innovation, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder coordination. His work has directly contributed to accelerating the reduction of maternal and newborn mortality in Rwanda.

He holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Mount Kenya University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, with honors, also from Mount Kenya University.
