Manzi is a public health professional with over 10 years of experience in clinical service and public health, is currently a Data Manager in a rural Health Center, from January 2014 to date and is responsible for collecting data, entry in database, data audit, analysis and dissemination. His areas of expertise include RMNH indicator analysis, all Health Facility data analysis, data audit, accurate data and complete data entry , Ensure data sources are complete and updated, Regular check on the storage of health related records, Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, working with CDC MOH/COAG in Reporting of PEPFAR indicators, working with MCSP/jhpiego in reporting of RMNH indicators at Health center. In HIV Service, HIV/AIDS education: Developing HIV/AIDS education tools to be used by HIV/ AIDS Peer educators to sensitize beneficiaries on prevention of HIV transmission, prevention of mother-to-child transmission, counseling and testing for HIV. In community Health, training of community health workers in maternal and child Health program, improving maternal and child Health , malaria treatment and prevention, nutrition, hygiene and sanitation, hygiene inspection at community level.
Mr. Manzi Alex has a bachelor’s degree with honors in Public Health from Mount Kenya University. He is pursuing master’s degree (M.P.H) in Public Health at Mount Kenya University.
